Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

BEFORE  making a return, contact us by email (contact@kanojo.fr) or Instagram (@KanojoBabe). 

All your purchases can be refunded with the appreciation of KANOJO. Here are the return and refund conditions: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order .
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • You must not have worn or washed the items.
  • We have the right to refuse any return after reviewing your request. 
  • We will not be responsible for an address error on the part of the customer. 
  • Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Bodysuits are neither returned nor exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
  • All returns are made at your expense. Please retain your proof of postage until receipt of your refund / exchange, in case your order is lost on the way to Kanojo.

 

 REMBOURSEMENTS

 REFUNDS

After returning your items, and after validation of your request, we will reimburse in 14 days maximum depending on your payment method. 
We mainly reimburse in the following cases: 
  • After returning an item for a size problem
  • Item not received 30 days after leaving our premises (In the case of the situation related to the COVID-19 virus, the deadline increases to 60 days)

In the event of a delivery error or a problem with the delivery service in your country, we can help you recover your package but not refund you.
